శుక్రవారం ఆంధ్రజ్యోతిలో గౌరవనీయులైనలవణం గారు రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగితే మంచిదే అని వ్రాసారు. పాక్షికంగా వారితో ఏకీభవిస్తున్నాను. వారు స్ప్రుశిoసించని కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైనప్రాధాన్యతా అంశాలను మీదృష్టికి తేదలచుకున్నాను.విడిపోదలచుకున్నవాళ్ళు సఖ్యతతోవిడిపోవాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.కానీ దాడులుచేసి,బెదిరించి, వాక్స్వాతంత్ర్యాన్ని అణచివేసి, హింసనిప్రోత్సహించి భాగోజాగో అంటూకారుకూతలు కూసిభయ భ్రాoతులకి గురి చేస్తే,రాష్త్రం ఎలావిడిపోతుంది.
01) ఆంద్రరాష్ట్రానికి జరిగినఅన్యాయంలో సింహభాగం,మహాత్మా గాంధీగారి వియ్యంకులైనరాజా(జీ)అనబడే పెద్దమనిషిద్వారా జరిగింది.తెలుగువాడికి తెలుగువాడేశత్రువు. నిస్వార్ధపరుడు, దేశంకోసంతన సొంతఆస్తిని త్యాగంచేసిన మేరునగధీరుడుటంగుటూరి ప్రకాశంపంతులు గారిపైచందాలు వసూలుచేసి సొంతానికివాడుకున్నాడని గాంధిగారికి పితూరీలుచెప్పింది మనతెలుగు ప్రముఖులే?ఎక్స్చెంజ్ ఆఫర్లోతిరుపతి మనకిచ్చి,మద్రాసుని వారికిచ్చేలాగాచేసి ప్రకాశంగారి మాటనుతృణీకరించిన దళారులలోతెలుగు వారున్నారన్నదిఅక్షర సత్యం.
02) నదులకుకిందభాగానవున్న వారిహక్కులు (ripartarian రైట్స్) ఈ దేశంలోఎంతవరకు కాపాడబడుతున్నై.ఇవ్వాళ కావేరిజలాల పంపకంలోసుప్రీమ్ కోర్టునికర్ణాటక దిక్కరించలేదా?ట్రిబ్యునల్స్ అధికారాలనుఎన్ని రాష్ట్ర్రాలుధిక్కరించడం లేదు.తమిళులపై కన్నడిగులు,కన్నడిగులపై తమిళులుదాడులకు దిగడంలేదా? రేపురాయలసీమ నుంచిదిగువకు వారునీరుని (వరదలోచ్చినప్పుడుతప్ప) వదలుతారనిఎవరు హామీఇవ్వగలరు? అదేవిధంగాగోదావరి కృష్ణనీరు దిగువకువదులుతారని ఎవరుహామీ ఇవ్వగలరు?విభజన జరిగితే,ఇరుపక్షాలు నీళ్ళకోసందాడులు జరుపుకోవా?
03) బాబ్లీపై ఆనకట్టఅక్రంగా కట్టిఇప్పుడు సుప్రీమ్కోర్టులో వ్యాజ్యంనడుస్తున్నది నిజాంకాదా?
04) ప్రస్తుతమన పాలకప్రతిపక్షాలు అధికారంలోవున్న కర్నాటక,ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, మహారాష్ట్రలలోఎన్నో తెలుగుప్రాంతాలు వున్నాయి.రాష్ట్రాo విభజనచెయ్యాలని ఉవ్విళ్ళూరుతున్నమన వెంకయ్యనాయుడు (కర్నాటకరాష్ట్రంనుంచి రాజ్యసభకుప్రాతినిధ్యం హిస్తున్నారు)గారు, గృహశాఖామాత్య్లులు మాన్యశ్రీచిదంబరం గారుపెద్దమనసు వహించి,కర్ణాటకలోని తెలుగుప్రాంతాలని,తమిళనాడులోని తెలుగుప్రాంతాలని ఆంధ్రాలోకలిపేసే ప్రతిపాదనచేసి (స్వాతంత్ర్యానంతరస్థితి కొనసాగించడానికి)వారు పెద్దమనసుతోప్రయత్నం చేస్తేబాగుంటుంది కదా?
విడిపోవడం చాలా చాలా మంచిదే,కానీ రాజధానివిషయం నదీజలాల పంపిణీవిషయం పరిష్కరించి,ఇప్పటికి పెండింగ్వున్న ఇరుపక్షాల ప్రజాహిత నీటిపారుదల ప్రాజక్తులకు డబ్బులు, అనుమతులు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాతే రాష్ట్రాన్ని విభజించాలి. లేనిపక్షంలో,మన తెలుగుజాతి విభేదాలతోసర్వనాశనం అయ్యేప్రమాదం వుంది.
శివసేన నాయకులు బొంబాయిలో ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల వారిమీద దాష్టీకం చేసినపుడు ప్రతి రాజకీయ పార్టీ కేవలం ఒక పత్రికా ప్రకటనతో ఖండించి చేతులు దులుపుకున్న సందర్భాలు కోకొల్లలు. భవిష్యత్లో హైదరాబాద్ మరో బొంబాయి కాదని, తె రా స మరో శివసేన కాదని నమ్మకం ఏమిటి. సామాన్య సీమ తీరాంధ్ర వాసుది మస్తిష్కంలో తొలిచే సాధారణ ప్రశ్నలు ఇవి. ఈ అనుమాలకు తావిచ్చిన్దికూడా తె రా స నాయకులే.
కెసిఆర్ కు థాకురేకు నక్కకు నాగలోకానికి ఉన్నంత ఉంది థాకురే కు కొన్ని విలువలు ఉన్నాయ్ కానీ కెసిఆర్ కు ఏవి లేవు.

రిప్లయితొలగించండిAlready one mistake has been done by believing the leaders TDP, Congress, TRS, of Andhra Pradesh. Again one more why Central Government and Congress party Core committee will do. The Parties Presidents/Secretaries - S/Sri/Smt Chandra Babu Naidu(TDP), Botsa Satya Narayana (State President Congress party), K. Chandra Sekahra Rao (TRS), B.V. Ragahvulu (CPI.M), K.Narayana(CPI), Jaya Prakash Narayana(LSP), Smt Vijayamma(YRSCP), Bojja Tarakam(RPI), Owasi(Mazlis), M.Balaiah(BSP), Kishan Reddy(BJP) ,Kodnad Ram JAC) have to sit together in one place in Andhra Pradesh to discuss and come to conclusion on this issue to send the proposal to center with signatures through Hon'ble Chief Minster of Andhra Pradesh. Then the center will decide and give approval. If it is not done by all the leaders of Andhra Pradesh and blaming Center, means they are interested for deceiving people of Andhra Pradesh particularly Telangana. Even these people if they are Home Minster or Prime Minster they can not do anything more than our Hon'ble Home Minster is doing now. All leaders in Andhra Pradesh have to take responsibility instead of blaming Home Minster, Center, Congress party President Sonia Gandhi to deceive people of Andhra Pradesh and in particular Telngana.
The state leaders who are blaming Hon'ble Home Minster, Hon'ble Prime Mister, Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi, and throwing the responsibility to decide on this issue is highly irresponsible attitude of this state leaders. Not only irresponsible attitude but it is also deceiving/cheating the people of Andhra Pradesh and particularly Telnagan people. Our state problem has to be decided here by the leaders of Andhra Pradesh. Center give its approval by placing in Parliament as per the Constitution and give a G.O. Those people who are demanding center, if they are Home Minster of Prime Minster could not do more than what Hon'ble Home Minster is doing in this matter. Even if Hon'ble Minster Sri Jaipal Reddy is Home Minister he also can not do more than what the present Home Minster has announced. Some readers and Group friends may ask what is your suggestion for this burning issue, after my so much study, I am feeling that 2nd SRC is better to decide this sensitive issue in the interest of people of Andhra Pradesh and India.

మా ఊరిలోనే, మా ఇంటిపక్క ఉన్న ఒక కులం వాళ్ళు నాన్న తల్లిని నాయనమ్మ అని పిలిస్తే మా ఇంట్లో మేము "బామ్మ" అని పిలుస్తాము. అనంతపూరులోని నా స్నేహితుడు తాతయ్యని నాయనయ్య అని ప్రేమగా పిలుస్తాడు. ఇది ఎందుకు చెప్తున్నానంటె, యాస ప్రాతిపదిక మీద రాస్త్రాన్ని విడగొట్టాలనె వాదన మంచిదికాదు అని చెప్పడానికి.
ప్రతిరోజు మనం వార్తల్లొ చూస్తున్నాము, ఇంత మంది విద్యార్ధులు చనిపోయారు అని, కాని ఏ రాజకీయ నాయకుడి కుటుంబంలోని వ్యక్తికైనా కనీసం జ్వరమైనా వచ్చిందా? రాదు, అది అంతే. ఈ విషయం గ్రహించటానికి ప్రజలకు ఎంతో కాలం పట్టదు అని ఆశిద్దాం.
